…ix) (#241) Re-pin logos-package-downloader-module 6dbcf34 -> 22b6cd6, pulling the portable-build TLS fix (logos-package-downloader#14, lib 1e843e7) into the bundled package_downloader module: HttpsFetcher resolves a CA bundle from well-known system paths, so a no-Nix portable Basecamp build can fetch the catalog over HTTPS instead of failing cert verification.
